211 Northeast Indiana :: Connecting residents in 10 northeast Indiana counties with comprehensive and up-to-date information about social, health and government services. Dial 2-1-1 seven days a week, 24 hours a day and talk to a live phone counselor.
311 City of Fort Wayne :: The public now can dial 311 (427-8311) or utilize the e-forms to get quick and easy access to non-emergency City services. The call center is available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and the online forms are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Community Harvest Food Bank :: The mission of Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana, Inc. is to alleviate hunger through the full use of donated food and other resources and to increase public awareness of and involvement in our mission.
Indiana Access to Recovery :: INATR assists clients who want to get in recovery from substance use problems and disorders or need assistance maintaining their recovery. INATR pilots a recovery-oriented approach to care and helps clients gain access to a network of clinical, community and faith-based organizations who provide treatment and recovery support services to eligible individuals.
Division of Mental Health and Addiction Forensic Diversion :: Forensic Diversion Programs (FDP’s) are dedicated to providing treatment alternatives for chemically dependent offenders who have long-standing histories of chemical dependency coupled with criminal behaviors and in some cases, co-occurring mental illness.
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration :: Partnering with people in recovery from mental and substance use disorders to guide the behavioral health system and promote individual-program and system-level approaches that foster health and resilience, increase permanent housing, employment, education, and other necessary supports, and reduce barriers to social inclusion.
Statewide Detoxification and Residential Addiction Services :: Life Spring Inc. and Regional Mental Health have been selected to provide statewide detoxification and residential addiction services for individuals with substance use disorders.
